We can apparently have a COP KILLER as a CHIEF of police
in a middle-American City, but when we mention Medical Marijuana we seemed to be "STIGMATIZED"
as a Bad seed, and on the other hand COP KILLERS seem to justify taking life instead of saving
LIFE?
